Account Manager

Overview

As a virtual ACCOUNT MANAGER, your primary objectives are to #1. Retain clients, #2. Strengthen relationships, and #3. Grow client revenue. To do so, you’ll need to be one step ahead of your clients. You must be fluent in all aspects of digital marketing and ecommerce including: Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and various social media & SaaS platforms.  
 
You’ll be the primary point of contact for numerous Sawtooth clients. You will facilitate and coordinate all activity and tasks with internal Sawtooth personnel and divisions, as well as, the clients’ team(s). As the main point of contact, you’ll be responsible for scheduling, coordinating, tracking, reporting, monitoring, and communicating performance of all aspects of client engagements with Sawtooth Media Group. Hitting timelines and objectives are critical to our success. 

Compensation

Job Entails Activities Pertaining To: 

Coordinate & monitor the maintenance, upkeep, accuracy, integrity, and security of several databases/repositories 

Manage and coordinate Sawtooth personnel and client calendars and schedules

Coordinate client deliverables with Sawtooth bandwidth

Set and manage realistic expectations and deadlines  

Ensure compliance with Sawtooth process and procedure

Maintain basic data and financial tracking and reporting across multiple platforms (Facebook, Google, etc.)

Create and present reports & updates to client

Lead and facilitate client and company meetings

Collaborate with teams on strategy, and lead execution of strategy

Project manage with media buying, creative production, and funnel teams

Coordinate work and deliverables to hit agreed upon deadlines

Creative Director

Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, high performing Creative Director with experience creating campaigns with video, digital media, website and social content that is rooted in strong strategic insights. 
 
The ideal candidate should be a chameleon on paper, easily switching between brand voices and using their personality and passion to bring our national brands to life across multiple digital media platforms. The Creative Director is responsible for leading and coordinating the efforts of our in-house creative team to develop ideas executed across multiple channels including Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Google and more. 
 
The Creative Director’s primary role will be to facilitate, contribute and ensure ideas satisfy the objectives of the creative brief, align with the identity of the brand, and adhere to the overall strategy of the campaign. 
 
The Creative Director is a leader, a creative mind, and a project manager all in one.

Job Entails Activities Pertaining To: 

Leadership
- Adapts leadership style to inspire and mentor teams of various levels to reach their full potential and produce the best work possible;
- Ability to lead the prioritization and management of both team and individual work, ensuring everyone adheres to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment;
- Demonstrates capacity to move a project forward while still taking the time to foster the talents of the creative team and encouraging collaboration and camaraderie;
- Manages a team and coaches them to quality performance;
- Organizes and manages brainstorm sessions across the creative department including but not limited to: Copywriters, Editors, and Designers;
- Demonstrates a strong ability to provide clear creative direction and provide timely feedback to keep work on budget and on schedule;
- Ability to clearly articulate and help their team understand what needs to get done so they are fully set up for success;
- Manages multiple projects, with the ability to switch from one to the other seamlessly while staying on deadline and within budget;
- Lead ideation and copywriting for a wide range of marketing outputs including, but not limited to, short-form video, editorial content, interactive web experiences, social content, experiential activations and traditional broadcast;
- Leads, inspires and collaborates with the team to produce inventive, thoughtful and relevant work;
- Leads and champions the generation of ideas, including both art and copy concepts, for all brands and campaigns;
- Reviews and approves the work of all direct reports before seeking the approval of the CEO of Creative Production for dissemination to other departments or clients;
- Represents the company in front of clients and presents ideas to clients;
- Presents ideas that are strategically sound, based in research, and meets client expectations;
- Responsible for final review of all concepts and approving final work product for all team members before it is delivered to other internal departments or clients;
- Work with Operations and Project Management to provide scope and estimates to delegate resources to a variety of creative projects;
- Provides regular performance feedback to direct reports, including crafting and delivering performance reviews.

Ideation & Copywriting
- Ideates and writes creative that satisfies the brief, aligns with the brand’s strategy and contributes to behavior change;
- Develops creative that is strategic, forward-thinking, and in-line with current media trends;
- Takes ownership of copy and ideation assignments and develops creative that meets a very high standard;
- Pushes the agency and clients towards fresh, exciting ideas through innovative ideation and copywriting.

Other
- Helps lead the charge in identifying future SKU’s Sawtooth can sell under its creative portfolio (IE Branding Packages)
- Other duties as required.

Media Buyer

Overview

Sawtooth Media Group is one of the fastest growing digital marketing agencies in the country. Our clients include both new and established e-commerce brands expanding into the global market. We're looking for a data-driven e-Commerce media buyer that knows how to drive conversions for growing brands. This person is extremely detail-oriented, obsessed with testing, and knows how to manage both small and large budgets across a variety of platforms
(Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, & Google).

This is a contractor position at a fixed monthly retainer, with the potential for growth into a full-time role based on individual performance and company needs.

Compensation

Base pay plus performance incentive. 

What you need to do the job

Team player with an entrepreneurial spirit and a growth mindset!

2+ years of experience managing Facebook ad accounts, ideally in a variety of industries and/or ROI oriented objectives. Successful e-commerce
campaigns a must.

Deep understanding of Facebook’s ad ecosystem and ability to tailor
strategies to clients with different products, objectives, and budgets.

2+ Experience with Google Ads

Data-driven, analytical, and a systems thinker

Results-oriented and able to communicate KPIs, ROI to colleagues and clients

Develop a strategy and execution for a variety of ROI-focused campaign objectives

Optimize ad targeting, creative and bidding to maximize campaign performance

Design the customer journey including the top, middle, and bottom of the funnel, customer Lifetime value, etc

Monitor performance of campaigns and make changes as needed to maintain continued results

Compile comprehensive, easy-to-understand ROI reports for clients monthly

Keep team members & clients updated on the latest developments and status of campaigns

Stay up to date on the latest developments in Facebook and Google Ads, tools, and feature
